Job Description

A key role for our team, the Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through loan products and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve disbursement targets by effectively managing sales volumes and productivity.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate revenue from loan products and build brand image.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with customers through loan products and beyond.
  • Maintain and optimize profitability for the branch by managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.
  • Ensure zero delinquencies by timely and effective collections.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Sales in Financial Services, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Additionally, they should have working knowledge of computers and smartphones, and be able to maintain MIS. A valid driving license is also required.
