Leadership Role for Operations and Consulting

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our operations and consulting functions. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring industry experience (exports, compliance, or CA firm background) and drive both client delivery and business growth.

  • Act as the lead consultant across service lines: exports, compliance, subsidy management, MCA filings, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, CA office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge areas: exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
