Lead Engineer Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer Testing Specialist to join our team. As a constantly growing organization, we are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Review and monitor the status of software testing activities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
  • Ensure compliance with software testing standards.
  • Share best practices and define common practices across various projects and teams.
  • Develop test plans, test strategies, KPIs, and identify test tools.
  • Participate in review of test plans, test specifications, and test cases.
  • Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, tracking, and resolution of defects.
  • Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in manual testing and automated testing using HIL.
  • Expertise in test metrics and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in test and defect management.
  • Experience and good understanding of project management processes and tools.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, its testing requirements, and processes like ASPICE and FuSa ISO 26262.
  • Display strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams seamlessly.
  • Able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
  • Awareness/experience with automotive cyber security standards will be an additional advantage.
