Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Process Director to lead our process engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of processes across various projects.

  • Lead technical investigations to improve efficiency and accuracy">
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project schedules">
  • Maintain effective communication with other disciplines/groups to ensure seamless project execution">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 18 years of experience in a consultancy organization or technical services department of a Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Lifesciences company.

">

You should possess knowledge in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work, including process calculations, equipment data sheet preparation, line sizing, relief load & PSV calculation, and exposure to simulation software such as HYSYS, ASPEN.

">

A strong understanding of layout designing of API, OSD, Sterile and Biotech Projects is also essential.

">

Familiarity with latest ISPE Guidelines and regulatory requirements of USFDA, MHRA, and WHO etc. is required.

">

Knowledge on Disposable Technology is an added advantage.
