We are seeking a skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the electronics design team, you will assist project leaders in requirements management, circuit design, analysis, and implementation.

Candidates should have a good understanding of electronics hardware involving digital and microprocessor circuits fundamentals, power, and EMI circuits.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in analysis and troubleshooting of these areas, with the ability to simplify circuits and explain concepts clearly.

Leadership skills are essential, as well as self-motivation, results-driven focus, and excellent communication skills.

A strong technical background is required, including experience with EMI/EMC compliance in power electronics applications, RF Conducted and Radiated Emissions/Susceptibility Testing, grounding, shielding, and board design.

Mentorship of schematic and layout tools such as Dx Designer, Hyper lynx DRC, and Hyper lynx SI is also expected.

Candidates should possess innovative thinking, good orientation to HW systems, processes, and frameworks, as well as experience working in matrix org structures.

This role involves significant problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication to drive project success.
