Job Title: Senior Electronics Design Lead

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the design and development of electronics systems.

Responsibilities
  • Create customized electronic systems designs to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement obsolescence redesign strategies to ensure continued product viability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication or Electrical engineering or equivalent with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in Electronics & Communication preferred.
  • Strong experience in product design and development from requirements to conceptual design to architectural design to detailed design and analysis.
  • Expertise in designing low to high power analog electronic boards for avionics industry.
  • Familiarity with various FPGA, Microcontroller and Embedded microprocessor technologies.
  • Knowledge of 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, PCIe DDR2, DDR3, high speed NOR and NAND Flash Interface.
  • Awareness of UART RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, I2C, SPI protocols.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on experience with design software (Cadence design entry HDL and Allegro PCB).
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation using pSPICE and LTSPICE simulation tool.
