Job Title: Senior Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality hardware products that meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define Product Requirements: Develop detailed product requirements, including hardware specifications, performance metrics, and reliability targets.
  2. Design and Develop Hardware: Design and develop innovative hardware solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
  4. Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential risks and perform thorough risk assessments to mitigate any issues that may impact product development or deployment.
  5. Mentor and Train Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and expertise in hardware design and development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 8-12 years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in power electronics.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of closed-loop control systems, compensator design, and EMI filter design is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
