Job Description:

The role of an Employee Experience Partner is to manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and delivering a consistently exceptional employee experience. This involves acting as the organization's eyes and ears, sensing and responding to employee sentiment in real-time, driving engagement, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities include executing gold-standard HR interventions across performance, rewards, learning, and talent management; resolving employee relations issues; and collaborating with COEs to deliver integrated people solutions.

The ideal candidate demonstrates emotional intelligence, empathy, confidentiality, and strong influencing skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and excellent communication. A top-tier MBA/PGDM and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.
