Operations Excellence Lead

The Operations Excellence Lead plays a crucial role in executing the GBS Operational Excellence Program.

  • Execute strategic priorities, drive key projects and deliver on long-term plans through a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to envision, strategize and execute operational priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

Excellence Governance
  • Develop and implement the company's Ops Excellence program and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify potential risks and present them to senior management.
Project Management
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities in Ops processes and implement solutions using Project management methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption and execution of project management methodologies tailored to operational needs.
Operational Routines
  • Lead various Ops routines such as Shared Communication Meet, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS, Target Management, Ops Events, Stakeholder visits, Engagement initiatives, etc.
  • Challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and effectiveness of these routines.
Continuous Improvement
  • Actively participate in continuous improvements through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, NPS initiatives.
  • Display growth and solutions mindset to uncover opportunities amidst bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant Functional background.
  • Previous work experience of 3-5 years in leading operations, projects, continuous improvement programs.
  • High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, presentation skills, change management, E2E project management, cross-functional collaboration, strong written and verbal communication skills, expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
