Seeking a dynamic Finance Academic with industry experience and teaching skills to join our faculty team. As a Faculty Position (Finance), you will have the opportunity to teach and conduct research in a collaborative environment.

  • The ideal candidate should possess relevant industry experience and preferably hold a Ph.D. qualification, ensuring they can effectively engage students and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Candidates with academic experience must have a proven track record of teaching in Postgraduate Programs in Management, showcasing their ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes.

Alternatively, candidates with industry experience along with exposure to teaching, without a Ph.D., may be considered for an Adjunct position, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifying CriteriaProfessor:
  • A Ph.D. with First Class (or equivalent) in Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration/Relevant Discipline, demonstrating exceptional expertise and scholarship.
  • Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, highlighting the candidate's research capabilities and impact.
  • Minimum Research Score of 120, indicating a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in the field.
  • Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates, showcasing leadership and mentorship skills.

OR

  • Industry professionals with significant work experience recognized at the national/international level as equivalent to Ph.D., possessing valuable insights and practical application.
  • 10-15 years' managerial experience in the industry at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate, providing a deep understanding of business operations.
Associate Professor:
  • A Ph.D. with First Class (or equivalent) in Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration/Relevant Discipline, reflecting a high level of academic achievement.
  • Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, illustrating the candidate's research productivity and impact.
  • Minimum Research Score of 75, indicating a solid foundation in research and scholarship.
Assistant Professor:
  • A Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration/Relevant Discipline, demonstrating a good balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, showcasing the candidate's potential for research and contribution to the field.
