Learning and Development Senior Manager - A Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of our learning initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization's talent capability framework, driving leadership development, and building a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both technical and behavioral training, proven experience in leadership development, and the ability to align learning strategy with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Learning Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of the organization-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.
  3. Technical & Behavioral Training: Design and oversee structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
  4. Campus to Corporate Programs: Drive structured onboarding and training programs for campus hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
  5. Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  6. Digital & E-Learning Solutions: Spearhead the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
  7. Impact Measurement & ROI: Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
  8. Change & Engagement: Act as a change champion by fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.
  9. Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, co-create solutions, and ensure high-impact delivery.
