Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an accomplished Sourcing and Procurement professional to fill a key role in our procurement function.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders, reconcile purchase orders, resolve supplier queries, and follow up on critical purchase orders to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain management.
  • Maintain accurate master data and ensure updates are completed in a timely manner to support informed business decision-making.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Establish and monitor issue management, change management, and quality management processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Organize meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and promote collaborative problem-solving.
  • Prepare project status reports and submit them to senior management and customers for review, providing insights into progress and challenges.
  • Participate in governance calls with stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation across functional areas.
  • Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE or SAP, and related buying tools to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Be willing to work flexible shift timings in US/EMEA/APAC regions to meet the needs of a global organization.
