Job Title: IT Infrastructure Sourcing Specialist

We're looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our dynamic team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sourcing process for large-scale IT infrastructure roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the industry
  • Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates
  • BUILD strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Analyze and improve sourcing performance using data and insights
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT infrastructure hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is a plus
