Diagnostics Territory Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to play a key role in defining and executing our go-to-market plan for your assigned region.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and establishing strategic deals with healthcare institutions & Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Define and execute the go-to-market plan for your assigned region to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Establish MOUs and grow business engagement with key healthcare customers by understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions.
- Nurture relationships with senior Clinicians and other KOLs in core areas.
- Plan and conduct regional and local marketing events, including roundtables and client-site functions, in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Act as a primary customer point of contact in your region and ultimately be accountable for issue resolution for the assigned region.
- Stay abreast of the latest in Next Generation Sequencing and standard of care in Prenatal and pediatric genetics.
- Be accountable for each sample/case ensuring it progresses within prescribed timelines from order to reporting.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in your assigned geographical region.
- Determine market potential, prioritize portfolio opportunities, and develop and execute the go-to-market plan.
- Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline; and deliver on fulfillment targets.
- Develop and grow trusted relationships with senior Clinicians and other KOLs in core areas.
- Have 0 to 3+ years of experience in the Molecular Diagnostics Industry, preferably with experience in and knowledge of Reproductive and Rare Disease.
- Have a good understanding of the genetic testing landscape and an academic degree in Science, particularly biotechnology.
- Be willing to travel 70% of work time and have good written and verbal communication skills in English language, with fluency in local language preferable.
