Senior Business Development Manager

This is a key role responsible for driving ambitious sales and business development plans for institutional sales.

The incumbent will be accountable for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific key accounts, building trust and confidence with customers and influencers, and handling key accounts in all major verticals in B2B.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand-building initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

The ideal candidate will have a graduate or MBA degree, 10-12 years of experience, and a proven track record in similar product/industry.

They should possess excellent presentation skills, a influencing personality, and the ability to interact and build relationships with architects and interior designers.
