About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site installation and configuration of products
  • Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements
  • Assist in project planning and execution
  • Execute test protocols and operational qualifications
  • Train end-users on products
  • Provide onsite support and customer interaction
  • Reproduce reported issues or test cases
  • Patch updating and maintenance
  • Installation of builds

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to travel for implementation and lead projects from start to finish.
