The Indian real estate market is poised to reach $650 billion in 2025 and $1 trillion by 2030. With over 85% of the construction industry still unorganized in India, we are on a path to capture this massive, untapped market through our technology and processes.

We have expanded to more than 12 cities within 15 months. In Series A2 funding, we secured $16 million. Notable investors include Accel and Celesta Capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B business strategy aligned with national objectives.
  • Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to drive business expansion.
  • Establish a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks.
  • Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) for the Bangalore region, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the Bangalore region.
  • Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 5–12 years in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
