Job Title: Workforce Management SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Supervisor to lead our team in optimizing workforce planning and scheduling processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time monitoring. They will be responsible for analyzing trends, creating reports, and recommending strategies for improving productivity and efficiency.
  1. Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Analyze historical data, forecast future trends, and optimize workforce schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  3. Monitor real-time adherence, shrinkage, and service levels across business units, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to drive process improvements in WFM systems and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management within a BPO / shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
  • Proficiency in WFM tools and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
