Job Role

• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of assigned coworking spaces and achieving monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats.

• You will build on existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining CRM hygiene for precision tracking and follow-ups.

• Effective liaison with the operations team is crucial in resolving any client issues within the given TAT.

• Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, launches, pricing, and the overall current scenario of the coworking industry.

• Your exceptional after-sales support will help retain existing customers, while identifying new sales funnels and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a similar field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in corporate sales in a hospitality background is preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel is essential.

• Good communication and convincing skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients.

• Preferred experience in the commercial real estate industry.
