Job Title: L2 Service Desk Engineer

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled L2 Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows and Apple Operating Systems.
  • Work with customers to identify and resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to assist with self-guided issue resolution procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office 2016 and O365 tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Good communication skills.
