ServiceNow Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires expertise in architecting ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, with strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and an analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • A strong collaboration skillset is necessary for working cross-functionally with business and technical teams, with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  4. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
