We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and optimal solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains with hands-on configuring in the ServiceNow platform as well as cutting-edge technology to offer the best solution to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver development projects on time and may be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Provide technical/implementation design documentation.
  • Estimate resources required for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • Undertake regular implementation and code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards, provide coaching and mentoring on design and coding techniques to engineers in a scrum team.
  • Assist with updates to program specification/implementation documentation.
  • Work with a scrum team to prepare configurations for production.
  • Involved in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing - review test scripts; align with wider testing strategy.
  • Evaluate, provide feedback, and propose changes to implementation specifications.
  • Consult product owners with recommendations to drive their requirements to success.
  • Provide input into technical roadmap and architectural direction based on product roadmaps. This can include supporting product evaluations through tooling recommendations based on gaps/needs, as well as helping to identify 3rd-party technical and security strengths/gaps as period assessments of tooling as business/climate needs evolve and products offered change.
