Job Overview

This role requires a graduate with relevant travel experience and certification from International Air Transport Association (IATA). The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the Airline Industry, experience working on Airport systems and applications for Crew, Ground, Departure Control, Turn Around, Baggage, and loading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and track crew resources efficiently to ensure smooth airport operations.
  • Manage baggage handling systems to meet stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support reservation, passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage check-in processes to provide excellent customer service.
  • Create incidents and problems using incident management and problem management tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream with relevant travel experience and certification from IATA.
  • Good knowledge of the Airline Industry and experience working on Airport systems and applications.
  • Strong technical skills including working knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and supporting systems like DCS, Crew, and Baggage Management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to work independently with minimum supervision.
