Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Client Servicing Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and hands-on execution capabilities in experiential marketing.

This individual will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Interpreting client briefs and converting them into actionable and detailed execution plans.
  • Coordinating with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in BTL/experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record in executing successful brand activations and events.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.
Key Responsibilities

The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
