About the Role

This position involves managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on achieving maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Buying & Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands, analyzing campaign performance and implementing data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
    • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements to optimize campaign performance.
    • Scale e-commerce stores by focusing on achieving high ROAS.
  • Market & Creative Analysis
    • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging strategies and opportunities.
    • Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives, providing insights on creative performance and recommending optimizations.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
    • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to streamline campaign execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports, utilizing data to adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements for better results.
    • Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in media buying for e-commerce businesses with a track record of high ROAS.
    • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
    • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.
