About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer – Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and elevate healthcare marketing through expertise in Google and Meta ads.

This role will play a key part in growing digital visibility for healthcare providers through impactful campaigns, embracing remote flexibility and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

A strong background in paid advertising campaigns is necessary to execute and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns including Text and YouTube Ads, structuring campaigns focusing on ad groups and keyword strategies, setting up, monitoring and continuously optimizing campaigns using detailed performance analysis.

In addition, you will oversee and run Meta paid campaigns focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging, utilizing advanced audience targeting and segmentation to maximize campaign results.

Developing creative assets in coordination with the design team to optimize campaign performance is also an essential part of this role.

Effective communication with clients is crucial, ensuring regular updates and managing client expectations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in paid advertising campaigns, along with a demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends.

Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
