We are a digital growth solutions company specializing in performance-driven marketing. We are looking for a Media Buyer who is passionate about paid advertising and affiliate marketing to help us expand our client campaigns and maximize ROI.
Job Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite).
- Develop and manage Affiliate Marketing programs to drive sales and lead generation.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates/partners.
- Optimize campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Media Buying / PPC Campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting.
- Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint certifications will be a plus.

As a skilled Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will develop and manage Affiliate Marketing programs to drive sales and lead generation. You will also recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates/partners. With your expertise in optimization, you will ensure that campaigns run efficiently and effectively. Your analytical skills will enable you to monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
To succeed in this role, you should have 2-4 years of proven experience in Media Buying / PPC Campaigns. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager is required. Additionally, you should have good understanding of Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM). Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization is necessary. Your strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting will enable you to make data-driven decisions.
