Business Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support the founder of two exciting ventures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the founder's calendar, meetings, and follow-ups, prioritizing key to-dos and business decisions, and acting as a sounding board and thought partner across both businesses.

The role involves coordinating with teams to ensure on-time execution, following up on open items, and organizing internal systems such as documentation, SOPs, timelines, and dashboards. Additionally, the Business Operations Coordinator will handle first-level hiring screens and vendor interactions, help structure and track progress for new brand launch milestones, and maintain a pipeline of angel investments and personal opportunities.

The successful candidate will be hyper-organized, have strong business judgment, and be a clear communicator with excellent writing skills. They will also be proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable making decisions in unfamiliar situations. Proficiency in Notion, Google Suite, and modern workflow tools is required, and experience in personal assistance, project coordination, or operations is an asset.
