Lead Financial Strategist

You will own end-to-end financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial models to drive business growth and margin goals using AI-enabled planning tools.
  • Build robust forecasting models for revenue, costs, and cash runway, tracking key SaaS metrics using AI tools for real-time insights.
  • Analyze financial data to drive variance analysis, scenario planning, and cost-benefit assessments for strategic decisions, supporting pricing, hiring, and expansion plans through data-backed financial insights.
  • Design and deliver actionable reports to leadership and function heads, promoting financial discipline and budgeting ownership across teams.
  • Manage cash flow to support business continuity and growth, monitor monthly runway, and optimize working capital and the cash conversion cycle using AI-led process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with overall business strategy, providing financial input during strategic planning sessions and other significant business decisions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Owning monthly management information systems, board decks, and leadership updates.
  • Leading audit closures and ensuring timely statutory filings.
  • Maintaining internal controls and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Mentoring and growing a strong finance team across functions, encouraging an AI-first mindset and fostering a culture of automation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Designing and institutionalizing policies across entities with scalable, tech-enabled workflows, driving automation, accuracy, and efficiency across financial operations.
