Lead AI Solution Designer

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Solution Designer to drive the design and delivery of large language model (LLM)-powered agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate and optimize LLM APIs for scalable services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Craft, test, and refine high-impact prompts and chains to drive business outcomes.
  • Architect agentic workflows that combine retrieval, LLM generation, and external tools, designing scalable and efficient workflows.
  • Build end-to-end Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including data ingestion, embedding/indexing, hybrid retrieval, and grounded generation, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Ensure model governance, including versioning, monitoring, bias/security audits, and implementing measures to prevent model drift and ensure fairness.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working on LLL/agentic systems.
  • Deep expertise in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases, with a strong understanding of the underlying technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
