Job Title:

Lead AI Strategist

This is a high-level leadership position responsible for developing and executing an AI strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

  1. Develop and execute the company's AI NLP strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Build and lead a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and researchers, fostering a collaborative environment and technical growth.
  3. Encourage experimentation and innovation in generative AI applications, exploring new use cases like content automation, conversational interfaces, and dynamic product features.
  4. Drive initiatives around generative AI applications, researching and exploring new NLP techniques and technologies to stay at the forefront of the field.
  5. Design, develop, and deploy NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, machine translation, and question answering.
  6. Evaluate the performance of NLP models and make necessary improvements.
  7. Stay updated with advancements in generative AI models and explore integration into customer-focused solutions.
  8. Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities to apply NLP solutions to address business challenges.
  9. Effectively communicate AI concepts and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring solutions are transparent, fair, and privacy-compliant.
  11. Implement measures to monitor and address risks related to bias and performance in generative AI.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned AI leader with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with generative AI models and their practical applications, including GPT, GANs, image generation, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R is required.
  • Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries like NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is a must.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building, mentoring, and managing cross-functional AI teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategies with business goals and customer needs is essential.
