Solutions Architect Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our presales team, driving the creation of innovative technical solutions and proposals that meet client expectations. This role will lead the design and architecture of scalable data analytics and AI ML solutions, presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the presales team, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams
  • Lead the development of cutting-edge technical solutions and proposals, aligning with client requirements and business objectives
  • Present and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, fostering effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing presales team, promoting professional growth and excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 18 years of experience in presales, delivery, practice, solution-ing in data analytics, AI ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, machine learning algorithms, and analytics platforms, with expertise in programming languages such as Python and R
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a proven track record of successful implementation
