Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our India Centre of Excellence team in Pune as a Customer Experience Specialist.

This role involves delivering contract administration for the Pacific, South East Asia, and India regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Project and Services management in Salesforce/SAP, equipment schedule setup, preventative maintenance service requests, purchase requisitioning, and validation of POs.

  • Manage project and services administration in Salesforce/SAP
  • Setup equipment schedules and handle preventative maintenance service requests
  • Process purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Validate Purchase Orders (POs) and obtain supplier acknowledgments
  • Expedite orders through the supply chain
  • Receive goods on delivery and ensure proper document control
  • Generate contract renewal packages for sales and operations teams
  • Ensure accurate invoice generation, taking into account customer and country-specific requirements
  • Closure of work orders in Salesforce
  • Identify and book contract renewal opportunities
  • Maintain and manage customer master data

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer services, preferably with contract administration expertise. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent is required, along with fluency in English. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various customers across different countries are essential.
