Tendering & Procurement:

  • Manage e-procurement portals, including Government E-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP), and Military Procurement (MP).
  • Handle electronic tendering, respond to requests for proposals/quotations (RFPs/RFQs), and submit documents on various platforms.

Tender Preparation & Submission:

  • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, financial deposits receipts (FDRs), and demand drafts (DDs) according to tender requirements.
  • Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.

Vendor Registration & Coordination:

  • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare technical drawings using Coral Draw or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks (salary/attendance registers).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication in English and Hindi.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is an advantage.
