Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Associate. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day finance and accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger, reconcile bank statements, and maintain fixed assets records.
  • Support monthly and annual closing processes by preparing schedules and reports.
  • Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving queries.
  • E nsure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in variance analysis as directed.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and journal entries.
  • Good working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical conduct and data confidentiality.
