Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Record to Report Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to lead and manage our clients' monthly operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with expertise in automated accounting systems and excellent analytical skills. They will be responsible for reviewing journal entries, approving reconciliations, and preparing client financial statements. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as they will be working closely with client services representatives and associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the month-end close process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless client service.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on record to report management.
  • Strong knowledge of automated accounting systems, including Intacct, NetSuite, and Blackline.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
