Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at XDuce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in North America and Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in North America and Western Europe.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and build effective sales pipelines.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high-profile decision-makers at target companies.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.
- Communicate effectively with managers, directors, VPs, and CxOs to drive business results.
- Generate new business leads through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of XDuce's product and service offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure XDuce's offerings remain relevant.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
