Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at XDuce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in North America and Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in North America and Western Europe.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and build effective sales pipelines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with high-profile decision-makers at target companies.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, directors, VPs, and CxOs to drive business results.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of XDuce's product and service offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure XDuce's offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
