SME Sales Professional

We are seeking a results-driven SME Sales Professional to promote and sell our products to new customers and cross-sell to existing ones, contributing to top-line, PSL, and fee growth.

This role requires managing various channels, including branches, BBRMs/TRMs, BA-DSA, and open market sourcing, to achieve sales objectives. You will establish and maintain business relationships with branch staff in assigned territories, manage capital executives, and ensure desired productivity levels.

You will research prospective customers and analyze territory/markets potential, as well as analyze customer value to the organization and expedite problem resolution. Planning personal sales strategy with Center Head and Geography Head is also essential for this role.

A successful candidate will supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests, liaise with trade associations and canalizing agencies for business development, and coordinate with internal verticals and RMs for smooth disbursement of sanctioned credit facilities.
