Main Objectives:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our SME finance business forward. This individual will be responsible for developing product and market related strategies that leverage deep industry understanding and market trends.

Policies and Implementation:

This role will involve driving the implementation of new policies and amendments, ensuring effective communication and training to stakeholders to support growth in our SME finance business.

Performance Monitoring:

The successful candidate will monitor and track the performance of our SME finance business through comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Analyzing Business Parameters:

They will analyze key business and credit parameters such as disbursements, account numbers, fees, Portfolio at Risk (PAR), Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), productivity, and other relevant metrics.

Customer Retention Strategies:

This role requires devising effective corporate retention strategies and life cycle management approaches, especially considering evolving regulations and market dynamics.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

The Senior Product Manager will explore and initiate strategic partnerships with external agencies to facilitate customer acquisitions and revenue generation.

Digital Transformation:

They will propose and lead initiatives for automation and digitization of all SME finance products, streamlining processes for efficiency and customer convenience.

Marketing Support:

This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing schemes and campaigns that drive business growth.

Product Innovation:

The successful candidate will drive the introduction of new SME finance products to achieve targeted portfolio growth, including innovative offerings such as Channel Finance/Working Capital Product/Factoring/Term Loans and other financial products.

Process Improvement:

They will facilitate process improvement initiatives and retention processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Team Development:

This role requires identifying training needs within the team and ensuring that all employees across regions are well-trained on SME finance products and processes.

Compliance:

The Senior Product Manager will ensure strict compliance with adherence to company policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree is required for this position.
