Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support long-term goals.

This role involves managing the financial actions of the organization, including accounting & treasury activities, tracking cash flow, financial planning, and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management. They will also possess excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's long-term goals and advise on long-term business and financial planning.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports, conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the finance function, managing cash flow and expense control processes.
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the organization's risk profile, monitor all open legal issues involving the organization, and construct and monitor reliable control systems.
  • Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions. Represent the organization with bankers and investors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team. Manage the accounting and finance departments, ensuring the organization's financial stability.
  • Controlling of statutory books of accounts of the organization and monitoring of day-to-day transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
