Job Overview

The Site Execution Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of solar installations at project sites.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily installation activities, maintaining adherence to technical drawings and quality standards, and enforcing stringent safety protocols.

  • Monitor daily installation activities of solar PV systems, guaranteeing efficient and timely completion.
  • Ensure strict adherence to technical drawings and quality standards, promoting excellence in workmanship.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and material delivery.
  • Track project progress meticulously, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Enforce comprehensive safety regulations, conduct regular toolbox talks, and provide training to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues, leveraging expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain detailed work progress reports, providing critical updates to the Project Manager.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in solar PV installation or relevant project execution.
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management skills, with capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • In-depth understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
  • Familiarity with project planning tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
