Job Title

We're seeking a seasoned IT Business Development Specialist to spearhead our online growth initiatives. In this key role, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.

As a critical member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Optimizing our company profiles on bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Preparing compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals while meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Building long-term relationships with international clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.

For this position, we're looking for individuals with 3-4 years of proven experience in IT business development and online bidding. A strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets is essential, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under deadlines.
