Lead Psychometric Researcher

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Psychometric Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for developing and redesigning psychometric tools, conducting primary and secondary research, standardization studies, and creating technical manuals and research reports.

About the Role:

  • You will develop and implement cutting-edge psychometric tools that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Conduct extensive research to design and improve existing psychometric tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop assessment plans for new products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement psychometric tool development methodologies.
  2. Design and conduct primary and secondary research studies.
  3. Standardize psychometric tools through rigorous testing and validation.
  4. Create high-quality technical manuals and research reports.
  5. Leverage expertise in IRT, NLP, text mining, and other quantitative methods to inform psychometric tool development.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of research results.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Expertise in data analysis and statistical tools such as SPSS, AMOS, and R.
  • Proficiency in IRT, NLP, text mining, and/or other quantitative methods a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of personality, cognition, and psychological assessments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
