Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assessment Researcher. This role will involve developing and redesigning psychometric tools, conducting primary and secondary research, standardization studies, and creating technical manuals and research reports.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and redesign psychometric tools to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data and insights.
  • Design and implement standardization studies to ensure the validity and reliability of our assessments.
  • Create technical manuals and research reports to document our findings and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and meet deadlines.
