Job Title

A seasoned finance leader to spearhead our regional accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management and have the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of periodic financial reports, balance sheet documentation, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Ensure that financial reporting procedures are aligned with corporate standards.
  • Plan, organize, and review activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information, reports, and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in other special projects as required for the growth of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date on local tax laws and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant.
Professional Experience
  • A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment and international operations.
  • Experience managing a full-cycle accounting team.
