Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on human resource processes.

  • 8-10 years of experience with ServiceNow platform as a developer in an enterprise-wide multi-tier production environment.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in the Human Resource field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow HRSD module.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Develop and maintain HR Service Delivery components such as HR Case Management, Employee Journey Management, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions.
  • Develop using Angular-based front-end and server-side scripting in ServiceNow.
  • Work with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, and other core ServiceNow scripting features.
  • Utilize ServiceNow APIs like GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, etc.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodology for delivery and collaboration.
  • Lead technical design sessions and document solution architectures.
  • Support incident resolution and ongoing system enhancement requests.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Administration certification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills are essentials.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, strong analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills.
