Job Title: AWS Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native architectures on AWS.
  • Migrate on-prem monolithic applications to AWS-based composable solutions using Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and NX, integrating unit testing, code quality, and automation test suites.
  • Manage AWS Organizations, IAM roles & policies, VPC configurations, and ensure security best practices are followed.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Support composable commerce solutions leveraging AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, GraphQL, Redis, API Gateway, CDN, and multiple regions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless API integrations and operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute migration strategies for transitioning on-prem monolithic applications to modular, cloud-native architecture.
  • Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions utilizing AWS-native tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in cloud architecture & DevOps with a focus on AWS.
  • Strong expertise in composable architecture, serverless computing, and API-driven solutions.
  • Proven experience in migrating on-prem monolithic applications to cloud-native composable architecture.
  • Proficiency in GitHub, GitHub Actions, NX, SonarQube for CI/CD automation.
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring and observability solutions within AWS.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS networking, security, IAM, VPCs, and multi-region deployments.
  • Strong experience with AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Terragrunt, and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
  • Experience with React/Node.js and microservices-based development.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Understanding of online retail application development and e-commerce platforms.
