Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead to spearhead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a cutting-edge Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all MEP activities, including design coordination, execution, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of critical systems.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to leverage their expertise in cleanroom environments, complex infrastructure, and high-tech projects to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all MEP activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems, including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Maintain compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
