Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

The Senior IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the development and implementation of a cutting-edge hardware strategy for internal teams, school deployments, and warehouse systems.

  • Job Description:
  • Create and execute an infrastructure roadmap that aligns with business objectives, ensuring seamless technology operations and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-level technical architecture documents and standards for IT infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to meet business needs, balancing costs, risks, and benefits.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale hardware projects, including procurement, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale hardware deployments and operations, with expertise in establishing and managing enterprise-wide IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and cultivate strong partnerships to ensure service excellence and alignment with organizational goals.

Leadership & Execution:

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution bias, able to define infra SLAs, rollout plans, and manage risk in large deployments.
  • Skillful in building, documenting, and governing scalable IT processes, including onboarding, issue resolution workflows, SLA management, and compliance protocols.
