Job Title:
Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead our production support and data migration projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Technical Support Team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading 6+ years of experience in production support/data migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience in developing ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, SQL queries as an L3 engineer or developer.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team.
  • Acting as an SPOC for all stakeholders (customer and internal) to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and providing coaching and training to technical support staff.
  • Tracking SLAs and reporting the same as part of WSRs.
  • Managing shift management rosters and working in onsite-offshore model (multi-geo support team).
  • Onboarding new technical support team members and creating SOPs for recurring issues.
  • Liasing with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in managing communications in Support mode, Critical Incident management, Problem management notifications.
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Azure Data Factory/Python/Databricks/ADB Notebook, monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required.
  • Secondary Knowledge of ETL Tools (Ex DataStage, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator or SSIS), SQL, PL SQL, Unix/Linux commands would be an added advantage.


Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in leading production support/data migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience in developing ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, SQL queries as an L3 engineer or developer.
  • Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts.
  • Flexible to work from office 3-5 days a week.
